The cellar

The cellar, has perfect conditions for keeping our wine cool (80% humidity) 8-12°C.

We’ve a hundred bottles of wine, indigenous-wine, stored in the 800 of our authentic cellar. The wines, come from all parts of Italy, but we try do deal with some local-wine (from Piedmont).

We can offer you: Bolgheri 2016 di Ornellaia, Chianti, Pinot Noir Tradition. Typical Piedmontese wines Gallina della Spinetta 2016, La Court 2006, Barbera, Nebbiolo, Barbaresco.

The number one of wines is Barolo, L’Aeroplan Servay and vigna Rionda di Massolino.

In a safety vault, we also have a fine collection of Champagne (bottles), like Louis Roderer Cristal 2002,2008,2012.

You can visit our wine-cellar and obviously can taste something with “bubbles” or have some appetizers freshly made by our chefs.
