The choice of “la Maison” (home), is for certain reasons.
One centuring ago, Mrs Patrizia Colombo’s ancestors, owned this place.The Chief-Director, graduated at the “Normale”of Pisa. She loves growing and cultivating officinal plants, and, has done some research on Pancalieri mint. When Mrs Colombo came back to the valley (Val Pellice) , she thought of buying “ Flipot-Restaurant”,because of family-ties: great-grandmother Alinne , loved to offer a cosy place to her clients; sharing her old furniture, that belonged to our family, beautiful wooden-floors and handmade fire places.
